Hello, i am Ciprian Dobre, living in Bucharest, Romania. I finished my PhD at the Politehnica University of Bucharest, in the Computer Science Department, in 2008. My main research interests are Grid Computing, Monitoring and Control of Distributed Systems, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Networking Architectures, Parallel and Distributed Algorithms. I am involved in a number of national projects and international projects. My research activities were awarded with the Innovations in Networking Award for Experimental Applications in 2008 by the Corporation for Education Network Initiatives (CENIC).
