In University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest we conduct a number of research projects on VANETs.
These projects are developed in joint collaboration with the Disco Lab laboratory from Rutgers University, USA.
Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks (VANET) are a particular type of wireless ad-hoc networks. They are formed when equipping vehicles on the roads with short range wireless communication devices. Supporting video streaming service in a mobile network such as VANET, to a large number of client requests is a challenging task.
In these pages we present the on-going efforts and results in the domain of VANET scientific field.
